Refund policy

We strive for 100% satisfaction with our products, if you have any issues with your shipment please let us know and we will do our best to make it right. 

Returns 
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns, however we will be more than happy to refund your purchase or replace it. 

Refunds/Replacement 
We will issue a refund up to 60 days after purchase for any product you receive that is damaged, thawed or generally did not meet your expectations. When you contact us please indicate if you would prefer a refund or if you would like us to ship you a replacement product of equal or higher value. 

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
