Our grass-fed beef comes from Belted Galloway cattle raised on open pasture at our family farm in Northeast Pennsylvania. From birth to harvest, our cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished—never given grain, added hormones, or artificial inputs. They spend their lives outdoors on clean, chemical-free pastures with fresh air and room to move, just as cattle were designed to live.
We manage our herd using low-stress, regenerative grazing practices that support animal health, improve soil quality, and produce beef with exceptional flavor and integrity. The result is beef that’s naturally lean, rich in nutrients, and clean-tasting—without the heaviness of conventionally raised beef.
