Our grass-fed beef roasts are cut from 100% grass-fed, grass-finished cattle, raised on pasture and managed with care from start to finish. These roasts are a staple for slow, satisfying meals—perfect for family dinners, meal prep, and freezer cooking.

All roasts are dry-aged for 10–14 days to improve tenderness and flavor, then vacuum sealed for freshness. While each cut cooks a little differently, they all deliver clean, rich beef flavor that reflects how the animal was raised.

Choose Your Cut

  • Chuck Roast
    Well-marbled and full of flavor. Best for slow cooking, braising, or pot roast. Breaks down beautifully over low heat.

  • Top Round Roast
    Lean and uniform. Ideal for oven roasting and slicing thin for sandwiches or leftovers.

  • Bottom Round Roast
    Slightly firmer than top round. Best cooked low and slow or used for roast beef and meal prep.

  • London Broil
    Lean and versatile. Great for marinating, roasting, or slicing thin against the grain.
