Skirt steak is a long, thin cut with a pronounced grain and rich beef flavor. It shines when cooked hot and fast and sliced thin against the grain, delivering tender bites with incredible depth of flavor. Like all of our beef, it is dry-aged for 10–14 days to improve tenderness and enhance taste.

This cut benefits from a simple marinade or seasoning, but it doesn’t need much—quality beef does most of the work.

Each skirt steak is individually vacuum sealed and freezer ready.
