Sirloin offers a robust beef flavor with a firmer texture than ribeye or strip, making it ideal for grilling, pan-searing, or slicing thin for stir-fries and salads. As with all of our beef, sirloin steaks are dry-aged for 10–14 days to improve tenderness and concentrate flavor.
