Our grass-fed beef stew meat is cut from 100% grass-fed, grass-finished cattle, raised on open pasture and managed with care from start to finish. These are hearty, flavorful cuts selected specifically for slow cooking, where time and low heat transform them into tender, satisfying meals.
Like all of our beef, stew meat is dry-aged for 10–14 days before being cut and packaged to enhance flavor and tenderness. It’s perfect for soups, stews, chili, and braised dishes that fill the kitchen and bring people to the table.
