Exceptionally tender with a clean, delicate flavor, our grass-fed filet mignon is the most tender steak we offer. Cut from 100% grass-fed, grass-finished cattle, this steak is naturally lean yet succulent, with a fine texture that requires little more than salt, heat, and good company.

Filet mignon is prized for its fork-tender bite and mild beef flavor, making it an ideal choice for special occasions, quiet celebrations, or any meal where simplicity and quality matter most. Like all of our beef, filets are dry-aged for 10–14 days to enhance tenderness and overall eating experience.

Best cooked quickly over high heat or gently pan-seared, this cut is designed to impress without needing excess seasoning or fuss.

Each steak is individually vacuum sealed and weighs approximately 7 oz.
